Where do my pros come from?
From you — your bench holds the people you add yourself: your coach, your designer, your VA, whoever you actually use when a deal needs help. Need one you don't have yet? The Find a pro tab is a directory of real businesses salespeople use, websites checked — tap + Add to put one on your bench.
Why does a card have no Call button?
Buttons only appear for details you have saved. A card with no phone number shows no Call or Text button, and a card with no email shows no Email button — edit the pro, add the detail, and the button appears. Nothing on a card is a dead button. In Find a pro, a card marked “Website only” means that business doesn't publish a phone or email — reach them through its Website button.
Where is my bench saved?
On this device, in this browser — nothing is uploaded. Add the same pro on your phone and your computer separately, or sign in with your SalesOS account to keep your work secure across the SalesOS tools.
Can I get my bench into my phone contacts?
Yes — tap “Export bench to my contacts (.vcf)” above your bench and open the file it downloads: your phone offers to add every pro as a contact, with their trade, phone, email, website, area and your notes. The one SAMPLE pro is never exported — it is only there to show you how a card looks.
What is the Referrals tab for?
It is your referral log. Every time you hand a pro a job, log the pro, the client and the job. ProTeam totals your referrals, counts them per pro so you can see who you feed most, flags any referral with no follow-up after 2 days, writes a ready check-in message to the pro, and exports the whole log as a CSV.
What should I put in the notes?
Whatever you will want to know at the moment you need them: what they are good at, their rates, how fast they turn work around, how you met them. The notes are yours — write them the way you would talk to yourself.
